my brother

my brother is such an ass. He got caught again in fl. he has a month before he graduates. SOOO if he gets charged he will probably get thrown out of school. AND if he moves back here it's three strikes which means REAL jailtime. But he just got a ticket which makes no sense...they usually haul him in to jail not give them a ticket?
